**FREIGHT BOOKING EXECUTIVE**
- **Job Overview**: We are an Australia-based Refrigerated transport company “SLR trans” and we manage all types of backend work required in-house. So If you get selected then your role will be to create bookings for loads on our trucks.

a. Checking Mails and Whatsapp group regularly for bookings.

b. Creating bookings as per the client’s requirement in the mail.

c. Keeping records of the bookings created in google spreadsheet, i.e., how much space, how much weight etc.

d. You will need to allocate loads to drivers.

e. Maintaining Inventory for our Australian warehouse.

**Requirements**:
a. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.

b. Previous work experience as an Office Executive.

c. Excellent organizational skills.

d. Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software mainly excel.

e. Working knowledge of CRM platforms.

f. Ability to work as part of a team.

g. High-level English is written and verbal communication skills.

**Shift timings: 4:30 am to 1:30 pm**

**Experience required: 1 year**

**Language: English compulsory**

**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month
