Procurement Associate (Night Shift)

Position: Procurement Associate

Location: Marol, Andheri East

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Salary - Up to 18K

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire procurement process, including sourcing products from various online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), comparing prices across sources, and purchasing the most cost-effective options.

2. Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with company policies.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels.

4. Analyze inventory data to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and prevent shortages or overstock situations.

5. Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.

6. Generate and present regular reports (MIS) on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and inventory status to management.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work night shifts (specific timings to be informed later).
