Overall experience: 12+ years of software development experience including 5+ years building large scale distributed data processing systems architecture OR enterprise architecture
- Cloud & MPP Architecture: Experience of at least 3 years in architecting Cloud (in any cloud) + MPP solutions (preferred) at enterprise scale with at least two end to end implementations
- Solution Architecture experience: Experienced in handling large complex multitower RFPs, well versed in in defining a modular architecture that can respond to current and future business requirements, evolving business systems, and digital transformation requirements
- Experienced in at least one of the industry standard architecture frameworks like TOGAF/IAF/NIST/Zachman/DODAF/FEAF or similar
- Good knowledge of Enterprise data architecture like data vault and data management architecture frameworks like DAMA

**Primary Skills**:

- Lead efforts to define future state/emergent architectures and roadmaps including architecture standards, guidelines, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with architects in BUs to ensure comprehensive and cohesive working solutions are developed across disciplines with Economic and technical value proposition
- Strong understanding & experience of popular tools such as Databricks, Cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery or Similar
- Knowledge of Federated/Enterprise Security, Data Management and Governance
- Ability to articulate pros & cons of “TO-BE” design/architecture decisions across a wide set of considerations and architecture tradeoffs
- Good Knowledge of Enterprise Security, Data Management and Federated Governance
- Good to have history of thought leadership in the industry (social presence/persona, speeches, book critic/books, papers, conference presentations, academic lectures/faculty, etc.)

**Secondary Skills**:

- Should have very good in analytical problem-solving
- Excellent Communication Skill
