**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor ads promotion and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Communicate with industry professionals and Influencer's via social media to create a strong network.
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
- Develop and execute social media strategies: Collaborate with the management team to create comprehensive social media plans that align with the organization's overall digital marketing strategy.
- Content creation and management: Generate engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, infographics, and engaging captions. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
- Community engagement: Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Foster meaningful interactions, build relationships, and address customer concerns effectively.
- Social media advertising: Develop and implement organic/paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences, increase brand visibility, and drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance, optimize ads, and provide regular reports on key metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion for marketing.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
