**Logistics Executive (Inw/Out) (Food Industry) -**

**Minimum 1-2 Year experience looking for Immediate Joiner**

**Roles & Responsibilities -**

1. Developing & supporting transparent and efficient systems for logistics.

2. Maintain records of incoming shipments, invoices, and related documents. Arrange and oversee transportation of inbound goods, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.

3. Oversee the picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders. Ensure timely delivery to customers by coordinating with delivery partners or in-house transportation teams. Manage the return of goods, if required, ensuring proper handling and documentation.

4. Record details of materials received, including supplier name, quantity, and quality. Update inventory management systems with accurate inward data. Maintain proper documentation, including goods receipt notes (GRN) and invoices.

5. Log details of dispatched materials, including recipient, quantity, and dispatch time. Generate and maintain dispatch documentation like delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.

6. Assign tasks to laborers for loading, unloading, and handling materials. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower for daily inward and outward operations.

7. Supervise and ensure timely completion of tasks by the labor team. Address grievances or challenges faced by the laborers during operations.

8. Liaise with transport service providers to arrange vehicles for material movement. Ensure transporters adhere to schedules for timely inward and outward deliveries.

9. Managing & developing key relationships with customers/vendors.

10. Plan and book vehicles for inbound and outbound shipments as per priority.

11. Oversee unloading of materials and ensure proper stacking in designated areas. Perform initial quality checks and report any damages or discrepancies to the concerned team. Supervise packing, loading, and dispatch of materials as per delivery schedules.

11. Effectively handling projects that are assigned and managing them with all due responsibilities.

12. Prepare and share daily inward and outward movement reports with management.

13. Work closely with purchase, warehouse, and production teams for seamless material movement.

14. And all the office responsibilities occur time to time.
