**Responsibilities for EXIM Executive**
- Creating pre & post shipment documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Custom Declarations, COO, Bill of Lading, Bill of Exchange BRC, Insurance)
- Knowledge of LC Documentation is a must ( Pre, Post and Bank submission)
- Monitoring shipments till reaching at destination.
- Monitoring Post shipment documentation,
- Lodgement of documents at Bank for closure against RBI caution list
- Co-ordination with Bank for resolving documents queries,
- Co-ordination with CHA & Customs, shipping line on various issues
- Co-ordination with DGFT, Agents ,Customs
- Co-ordination with Bank for upload of BRCs on time & solving issues related payments
- Follow up with internal team and Customer for outstanding payments.
- maintain record of Exports and Imports & prepare monthly ,quarterly MIS reports for management,
- Coordinate for imports clearance with CHA, Freight forwarder and Internal team.
- ECGC -Monthly export report submission.
- Knowledge of SAP for preparing E-invoicing
- Preparing Eway Bill
- Maintaining DSR( Daily status report)
- Visiting Customs, DGFT for handling queries
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Export-Import Coordinator or similar role.
- Familiarity with export-import procedures, regulations, and documentation.
- Knowledge of international shipping and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export-import software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Export-Import Management or related field.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for export-import operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
