We have urgent opening for EXIM Assistant/Executive with reputed Gems & jewellery company.

Qualification:

- Min Graduate

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs. Experience preferably from Gems &Jewellery Industry

Location - Andheri (E)

CTC-4.00 LPA

Report to - EXIM Manager

Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure timely clearance of all import goods with proper communication & coordination.

a) Tracking of import and **preparing records,** summary, and timely raise red flags to avoid delay and deviation

b) Coordinate with external agencies and internal department

c) Collaborate with the Central department to ensure accurate stock and inventory records are maintained.

d) Monitor inventory and reconcile discrepancies as needed.

e) Online submission for import, export documents, and job work, etc in NSDL

f) Maintain the import **MIS Reports**

g) Ensure complete **export documents i**ncluding custom matching

h) Strong knowledge of Emperor **(EMR) software**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
