We are looking for a result-driven Head Operations for all operations related job duties,
- Responsible for providing leadership to all activities relating to Execution of Orders
- Establishing Norms and Processes relating to Vendor Selection, Ordering, and Supply management, and monitoring for compliance
- Planning for and ensuring availability of required Production facilities/ infrastructure, and Manpower
- Evaluating & Approving Procurement Budgets for each Project
- Evaluating & Approving Production Budgets
- Monitoring execution of Order fulfillment plans
- Quantity, Cost, Timeline
- Approving Price for procurement of fabric, Accessories, and other material and approving of related bills
- Evaluating and approving expenditure related to Production and distribution
- Monitoring of finished goods stock
- Periodic Review of Production with Heads of Production
- Initiating actions for Continuous Improvement in Efficiency of Operations
- Participating in the Selection of personnel for Operations
- Reviewing /Appraising Performance of Operations team, and providingFeedback
- Designing and Administering Reward Systems for Operations Staff Initiating actions for Competency development of Operations staff
- Developing and establishing facilities for Outsourced Production, and establishing terms of such outsourcing, along with related processes

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Experience: 2+ years
- Qualification : Strong Graduate Degrees preferred.
- Should be strong Excel based Data Management

**Salary**: From ₹13,000.00 per month
