**Job - US Operations Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational matters related to our US operations.
- Facilitate communication between the US team and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,HR or Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with team members at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and also collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in project management or familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
