**Job Title**: Graphic Designer & Video Editor

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:

- Design promotional materials such as banners, posters, brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Develop creative assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visual concepts and layouts.
- Ensure consistency across all designs and media outputs.

**Video Editing**:

- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and advertisements.
- Add music, graphics, voiceovers, and effects to enhance video quality.
- Work with the content team to conceptualize and execute video ideas.
- Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in design and video software:

- **Design**: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW (optional)
- **Video Editing**: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
- Knowledge of photography or product shoots.
- Understanding of social media trends and visual storytelling.

**Reporting To**:

- Marketing Manager / Creative Director

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
