**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing, design, and content teams to create visually compelling graphics for various platforms, including websites, social media, print, and digital marketing campaigns. You should have a strong eye for design, a passion for creativity, and a solid understanding of design principles and tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
- Must Have knowledge in Motion Graphics.
- Create graphics for social media, website content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure the design aligns with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Assist in the development of branding, logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
- Ensure all visual content is on-brand and maintains a consistent aesthetic across all platforms.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and team input.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to produce high-quality, creative designs with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing or animation is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Experience in designing for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

**Education**:
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required if experience and portfolio demonstrate strong design skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
