**Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**
**Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Front Desk Management**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls & Mails promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
**2.** **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees
- Assist with inquires and provide accurate information.
**3.** **Administrative Support**:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Maintain and update company directories
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
**4.** **Office Supplies and Equipment**:
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Ensure all office equipment in in working order and coordinate repairs maintenance as necessary
**5.** **Communication**:
- Relay messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and distribute internal communications.
**6.** **Documentation**:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of various documents, reports and records.
**7.** **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other administrative staff to provide overall support to the office.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
**FEMALE CANDIDATE REQUIRED**
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
