
Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business through cold calling, in-person visits to clinics, hospitals, and corporate establishments
- Plan and coordinate medical camps in collaboration with healthcare facilities to promote our diagnostic services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including doctors, hospital administrators, and corporate health officers
- Identify and pursue opportunities in the corporate and industrial segments for employee health packages
- Present our comprehensive test menu and service offerings to potential clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful client onboarding
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and market intelligence
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and our laboratory services
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or diagnostic services
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and diagnostic testing services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (within Kanpur)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pathology services or diagnostic laboratory sales
- Existing relationships with healthcare providers and hospitals
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations
- Experience in corporate health package sales
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving attitude with strong customer service orientation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
