**About the Role**:
As a Functional Engineer, you will be responsible for understanding functional requirements, creating and executing test cases, identifying issues, and ensuring product quality through rigorous testing and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand functional and business requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios.
- Design, review, and execute manual test cases.
- Perform **functional**, **regression**, and **integration** testing.
- Identify, log, and track software defects through to closure.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to reproduce and resolve defects.
- Maintain accurate test documentation including test cases, reports, and defect logs.
- Provide clear and timely testing updates in team meetings.
- Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and assist in validation activities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Computer Science, or related field**.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in **manual functional testing**.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla) preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
