**About the Role**:
IIM Skills is looking for an experienced **Financial Modelling Trainer** to deliver practical, engaging training to aspiring finance professionals. This is a **freelance, weekend-only remote opportunity**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training on **3-Statement, DCF, M&A, LBO, Comps, Precedent Transactions, Project Finance, and Scenario Analysis models**.
- Mentor students on live projects, assignments, and case studies.
- Develop and update training materials and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and ensure learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry practices in financial modelling and valuation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years in finance** with strong financial modelling expertise.
- Prior **training or teaching experience** preferred.
- Strong **Excel, valuation, M&A, and investment banking** skills.
- Professional qualifications (CA, CFA, ACCA, FRM, CPA, MBA-Finance) preferred.
- Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.

**Work Schedule**:

- Weekend sessions (Sat & Sun, ≥5 hours/week).
- Fully remote and flexible timing.
