Financial Modeling and Valuations expert:This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations. Candidates need to be dedicated and motivated individuals who have demonstrated academic excellence and have strong leadership, analytical, communication and teamwork skills.Key Responsibilities:▪ LBO, DCF modelling including scenario analysis. ▪ Standardization of financial models and performing quality checks to fix the error. ▪ Preparation of detailed Capital structure with debt hierarchy ▪ Carrying out valuation of Debt / Equity using various techniques + football field analysis ▪ Preparation of complex Investment / Financial valuation models. ▪ Managing small teams independently.Key Competencies:▪ 5-12 years of relevant experience. ▪ CA, CA(Inter), MBA from a top tier business school. ▪ Experience of working with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet etc. ▪ Should have proficiency in MS-office (mainly in Excel, PPTs and Word) ▪ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. ▪ Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with strong leadership, client relationship and project management skills, analytical, communication and teamwork skills.Some of your Key Interactions will be:Internal: Interact with the respective team, reporting to his/her team lead and manager. Receive instructions and seek clarification, if required.
