**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Business development of the branch.
- Business promotion activities with the RE from the field sales.
- Co-ordinating branch operations with the instructions from the Cluster Manager.
- Monitoring the activities of the RE so as to increase the sales & meet the monthly targets.
- Monitoring the attendance & punching details of the branch.
- To run the branch in a cost effective manner.
- Co-ordinate with the HO HR dept. for the recruitment activities.
- Train & develop the new recruits in the branch.
- NPA & Arrear follow ups with the RE.
- Achievement of branch targets/Individual targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Post Graduation
- Minimum 1 to 3 years in Micro Finance would be an added advantage.
- Good communication skill
- Driving License must.

**Salary**: From ₹16,250.00 per month
