Assist and counsel the company in all legal, business, and contract management problems, with a focus on contract and procurement issues.
- When necessary, offer supplemental legal and corporate secretariat assistance.
- Examine contracts in light of corporate standards and priorities as well as project stakeholders' needs.
- Offer legal counsel and opinions on risks and associated business challenges.
- Should be well equipped with the knowledge of international laws in the area of taxation, international trade and disputes, real estate laws and other related business laws.
- Take part in contract negotiations for a variety of clients and joint ventures.
- Interpret laws, orders, and any other legal documentation to ensure that the company's interests are effectively safeguarded.
- Assist in implementing and upholding the company's policies, processes, and internal regulations.
- Creating the appropriate legal documents that are required.
- Must be competent to do the desired research related to the matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
