- The Job level on which he will be hired in- Agents (Fresher)- AAQualification- Experience- Academic Qualification and external certification required- Range of experience in months- High School / GED- FresherEssential Hiring Skills-

**Responsibilities**:
- The Responsibilities which will be played by the role- Ensure accurate resolution of transactions and process task as per SOP.
- Collect all the information required to process a transaction
- Process Health Insurance claims
- Member Enrollment(Payer)
