Store Keeper and Purchase Cordinator

Coordinate with various departments to understand their purchasing requirements.
- Source and procure materials, goods, and services according to company policies and budgetary constraints.
- Obtain and compare price quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and place purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track stock movements.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained while minimizing excess inventory and stock shortages.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory items.
- Organize and maintain the store layout for efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and store items appropriately.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, pack items securely, and coordinate with logistics providers for timely dispatch.
- Keep the store clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory transactions, and supplier contracts.
- Generate reports on purchasing activities, inventory levels, and stock movements as required.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchase coordination, procurement, or inventory management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
