Title: Workday Administrator - HCM, Recruiting & Staffing Configuration

Location: Gurgaon, India

Grade: 12

Key Areas of Responsibility Systems Administration & Support:

- Must understand Workday HCM, Recruiting and Staffing business processes.
- Must be knowledgeable of Workday functional configuration for business processes.
- Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance and data integrity.
- General understanding of Workday custom reporting is not required, but helpful in this role.
- Provide end-user support; troubleshoot bugs and issues via research, testing, scenario re-creation and document findings.
- Maintain documentation of system configuration and business processes.
- Recommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of Workday HR and Recruiting Projects
- Participate in HR technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training, documentation development, communication, and business configuration.
- Assist with review and implementation of new and changed system functionality to support business processes and requirements.
- Assist in the development of change management, communication, and training plans.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area
- Demonstrated experience managing projects which impacted multiple systems, processes and/or third-party administrators.
- Knowledge of Workday HCM, Recruiting and Staffing functionality and data.
- Understanding of inbound EIB preparation and loading into Workday.
- Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and can thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
- Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
