Role-Program Leader – HR (Workday Implementation) Location – Gurugram / Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai Key Responsibilities Workday Management & HR Support – Configure and maintain Workday modules, lead EIB mass loads, reporting, and security administration; collaborate with HR/global teams, review policies, support contracts, governance, compliance, and vendor management. Risk, Analysis & Process Optimization – Maintain trackers, perform audits, conduct root cause analysis, ensure compliance, manage external counsel/vendors, and provide strategic support across employment law, corporate advisory, stakeholder engagement, and global operations. Should have detailed, hands on experience into below modules: Business process configuration Security Recruitment Compensation EIB Reports Talent Time and Absence Calculated fields Qualifications & Skills: 7+ years overall experience, 5+ years in Workday (2+ years implementation) . Strong knowledge of HR processes, SaaS design, Workday security, and reporting. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Success Criteria: Expertise in Workday HCM, EIB, reporting, and employment law compliance; ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
