Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute architectural concepts, layouts.
Prepare technical drawings, presentation boards, and 3D models using design software or should have knowledge in 3D
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design accuracy and timely implementation.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards (4-5k a month for site visits)
Work closely with operations, branding, and engineering teams for coordinated project delivery.
Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and documentation required for approvals and permits.
Coordinate with statutory bodies, architects, and consultants for project clearances when required.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
3+ years of professional experience, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail design sectors.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, spatial planning, and building materials.
Good knowledge of relevant building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations.
Excellent design sense, visual communication skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
