We are looking for a Desktop Support Interns.

Educational Qualification

Relevant degree or diploma in Information systems or information technology.

**Requirements**:
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking

Basic Knowledge of Troubleshoot software, hardware and network issues.

Use ticketing systems to track and solve user issues

Conduct remote troubleshooting

Strong knowledge of OS installation

Help create technical documentation and manuals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
