Profile **:Sales Officer (Modern Trade)**
Experience **:2 to 6 Yeras.**

**Must Have Experience in FMCG industry in Modern Trade Sales.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visiting stores as per specified territory and take the manual purchase order from
- specified stores and submit it in HO
- Responsible for managing sales of products in Modern Trade category, achieve primary
- and secondary targets, ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising and space
- management
- Implement sales promotion activities at store level such a counter sales, sampling,
- manage companys sales promoters and effectively deploy them to get better consumer
- feedback
- Maintain networking and good relationship with key accounts at various levels/ functions
- Follow up for purchase orders and payment as per Terms of Trade (TOT) norms with key
- accounts
- Identify potential new accounts and develop existing accounts through negotiation
- New brand launches with keeping in mind the competitors activities in co-ordination
- with operations, category buyers, dispatch houses, accounts and finance
- Collecting and evaluating market information on pricing, competitive forces, industry
- trends, growth indicators, etc.
- Organizing the stocks properly in stores and follow up with sales promoters for their
- workings
- Provide support to sales promoters for secondary sales.
- Follow up of outstanding overdue payment, GRN errors
- Identify the potential new accounts and opportunities to develop accounts through

**EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- Qualification: Graduation in any stream
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Direct Retailing
- Preferred: Basic English speaking and other local languages
