**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage the floor operations and day-to-day activities at our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day floor operations.
- Ensure that all facilities and resources are available and functioning for the smooth
- Monitor ongoing tasks to ensure timely completion and resolve any issues that arise in real-time.
- Coordinate with the staff to ensure that work is allocated on time
- Act as the point of contact for any operational queries from the team, addressing their needs promptly.
- Monitor the quality delivered and ensure that operational standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection rules, and regulatory requirements for edtech operations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Operations Manager or senior leadership.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
**Experience**: 1-3 years in an operations role, preferably in the edtech, education, or service industry.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., MS Office, project management software, learning management systems).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage daily challenges.
- Basic understanding of technology platforms and online tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in an edtech or education environment.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital classroom tools.
- Ability to handle data reporting and operational analytics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
