Position: AE - Sales Account Executive

Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 5 days

Experience Required: 2+ years

Client: AI Platform for Enterprises
- Deliver quality and tailored demonstration of client's capabilities to prospects based on the prospects' needs and priorities and be responsible for closing deals
- Strive to continuously improve the sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices

**Top characteristics and traits for a successful AE**:

- 2-5 years experience as a successful quota-carrying account executive.
- MUST HAVE experience in selling to US customers (required to work in US business hours)
- Experience selling to sales or revenue teams is a big plus
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable owning deals end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
- Curiosity, hustle, and the ability to thrive with autonomy

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding quota specifically in the US market
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce or other sales tools
- Prior experience as an account executive with a track record of achieving sales quota
- Sell a product that reps and sales leaders actually want to use
- High ownership: your ideas and feedback will shape our GTM motion
- Work closely with the founding team and make a visible impact
