**Roles and Responsibilities**:The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for:

- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Sourcing and making job postings from Job Portals, on the Job Portal.
- Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.

**Skill required**:

- Good Hands-on over computer basics
- Good typing skills (30 WPM desired)
- Communication skills must be good.
- Should be open to join immediately.

**Experience**:Freshers only

**Educational Qualification**: Graduate

**Shift timings**: US EST Timings (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
- Mon to Friday

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
