**Job Summary**:
The **Purchase Assistant** will be responsible for supporting the purchase department in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging materials, and other related supplies. The role ensures timely availability of materials as per production requirements while maintaining quality and compliance with regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and lab consumables** for pharma production.
- Prepare and maintain **Purchase Orders (POs)**, **Quotation Comparisons**, and **Vendor Records**.
- Coordinate with **suppliers/vendors** for quotations, deliveries, and documentation.
- Track **order status**, follow up for **on-time delivery**, and update purchase records.
- Maintain and update **inventory data** in ERP / Excel.
- Verify bills, invoices, and GRNs with the accounts and stores departments.
- Assist in **vendor evaluation** and maintaining approved vendor lists.
- Support the Purchase Manager in price negotiations and sourcing new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with **GMP / FDA / audit requirements** for purchase documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports on purchase activities, lead time, and cost efficiency.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field (B.Sc / B.Pharm preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in purchase or procurement in a **pharma or manufacturing company**.
- **Knowledge of**:

- Pharma raw materials & packaging materials
- Basic vendor management & procurement cycle
- MS Office (Excel, Word) / ERP software
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines

Pay: ₹10,843.91 - ₹22,695.37 per month
