**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project onboarding.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Any Graduation Passed/Appearing
- 0-3 years of experience in inside sales (preferably in IT/software sales).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
