Position: Customer care executive

Qualifications any graduate

Experience minimum 3 years in

Experience from Travel industry preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Would be responsible for making calls to customers before and after their travel.
- Will be responsible to take care of Customer's queries and accommodate as per their need regarding their existing bookings.
- Will maintain a strong relationship with customers by taking care of their travel needs.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 3year + experience in Customer service
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and the Internet is a must.
- Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
- Passion to learn and grow.
- Responsible and motivated to give your best.
- Ability to accomplish results.

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month
