**DevOps Intern Job Description**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and eager DevOps Intern to join our dynamic team. As a DevOps Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of the DevOps lifecycle including software development, testing, deployment, and monitoring. This internship provides a valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where you will work closely with experienced DevOps engineers and software developers.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipelines**: Collaborate with the DevOps team to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar technologies. Help automate build, test, and deployment processes to streamline software delivery.
- **Configuration Management**: Participate in configuration management activities using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef to automate provisioning and configuration of infrastructure components.
- **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)**: Learn to write and maintain infrastructure code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Contribute to the automation of infrastructure provisioning on public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- **Monitoring and Logging**: Gain exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar technologies. Assist in setting up monitoring dashboards, alerts, and log analysis to ensure system stability and performance.
- **Collaboration and Documentation**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and system administrators. Document procedures, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
- **Learning and Development**: Proactively engage in learning opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies. Seek guidance from mentors and participate in training sessions to accelerate professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Familiarity with at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Strong desire to learn about DevOps principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to take initiative and tackle challenges with a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
