**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Project Coordination & Execution**
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities across multiple technical streams.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to ensure deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
- Track progress against project timelines, flag risks, and escalate issues as required.
- Ensure smooth execution of technical projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
**Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Liaise with clients to gather requirements, document functional/technical needs, and communicate updates.
- Serve as a single point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring transparency and alignment between client expectations and internal execution.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, dashboards, and status updates for stakeholders.
**Documentation & Compliance**
- Create and maintain project documentation including requirement specifications, meeting notes, progress trackers, and handover guides.
- Support adherence to compliance, data security, and quality processes.
- Ensure version control and documentation standards are followed across projects.
**Process Improvement**
- Identify bottlenecks in execution and suggest workflow improvements.
- Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams by maintaining structured project repositories.
**Qualifications & Skills**
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination/management within a technical or IT-enabled services environment.
- Experience with SaaS, loyalty, CRM, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage.
**Technical & Professional Skills**
- Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho Projects, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaborative tools (Google Workspace, Slack, MS Teams).
**Soft Skills**
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate between cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
