**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Billing & Payments**:

- Handle customer billing efficiently using POS systems.
- Process all types of payments - cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets.
- Issue accurate bills and receipts to customers.
- **Guest Interaction**:

- Greet customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Assist with queries related to pricing, menu items, or offers.
- Inform guests about ongoing promotions or combos.
- **Cash Handling & Reporting**:

- Maintain daily cash register and reconcile at the end of each shift.
- Ensure there are no billing discrepancies or shortages.
- Prepare daily sales reports and hand over cash/summaries to the manager.
- **Coordination & Support**:

- Coordinate with service and kitchen staff for order accuracy and delivery status.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier counter.
- Follow up on takeaway/delivery orders and ensure prompt dispatch.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to restaurant policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of transactions and customer data where required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a cashier in the F&B industry.
- Familiarity with POS software, basic accounting, and digital payment platforms.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in handling cash.
- Honest, punctual, and well-groomed.

**Shift**: Rotational (including weekends and public holidays)

**Dress Code**: Uniform mandatory; clean and professional appearance

**Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
**Joining**: Immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
