**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Voice Process Executive for our Inbound Sales team. As Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, identifying sales opportunities, and converting inquiries into sales. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls and identify sales opportunities.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products/services that best meet those needs.
- Provide accurate product information and answer customer queries regarding features, pricing, and offers.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and guide them through the buying process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
- Handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively to close sales.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and personalized solutions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 0-3 years of experience in sales (Inbound sales experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers and influence purchasing decisions.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other sales tools.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays, if required).
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
