Greet customers as they enter the store, create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers in finding products that match their needs and preferences.
- Develop a deep understanding of the soft furnishings products available in the store, including curtains, drapes, cushions, rugs, beddings, etc.
- Stay informed about the features, benefits, and differences between various products, brands, and materials.
- Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and interior design trends.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to guide customers towards making purchases.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues regarding products, services, or shopping experiences.
- Follow up with customers who have made purchases to ensure their satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store operates smoothly.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Home furnishings: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
