Sales Representative + Interior Designer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our home furnishings brand. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their selection of home furnishings, providing exceptional service, and driving sales. This role requires a strong understanding of interiors and design concepts to effectively guide customers in creating beautiful and functional living spaces.

1. Greet customers and engage in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Provide expert product knowledge and educate customers on different home furnishings, including decor and têxtiles.

3. Understand customers' needs and preferences to offer personalised recommendations that align with their interior design goals.

4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of interior design principles, including color schemes and style coordination.

5. Assist customers in selecting appropriate fabrics and accessories to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing interiors.

6. Offer styling suggestions and advice on incorporating home furnishings into existing decor.

7. Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and well-presented.

8. Process customer transactions and handle payments in an efficient and professional manner.

9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

10. Stay updated on current industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in home furnishings and interior design.

11. Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the brand.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
