**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Curriculum Management: Ensuring that the school's curriculum aligns with the

IGCSE standards and guidelines. This involves selecting appropriate courses,

textbooks, and teaching materials.

2. Teacher Training: Organizing training sessions and workshops for teachers to

familiarize them with the IGCSE curriculum, teaching methods, and assessment

strategies.

3. Assessment Coordination: Managing the assessment process, including scheduling

exams, collecting and submitting coursework, and ensuring compliance with

examination regulations.

4. Student Support: Providing guidance and support to students regarding course

selection, study strategies, and exam preparation.

5. Parent Communication: Keeping parents informed about the IGCSE program,

student progress, and any important updates or events related to the curriculum.

6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of student enrollment, exam results,

and other relevant data for reporting and analysis purposes.

7. Quality Assurance: Monitoring the overall quality of the IGCSE program,

identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to enhance the

educational experience for students.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Mandatory 5 years of experience of working as a Primary Coordinator in Cambridge Board
- Degree of M.Ed. in Education or B.Ed. in Education with relevant experience in teaching and administration.
