This is a Night Shift (EST Time zone) Job.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform hands-on development using Salesforce tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce API.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Customize and configure Salesforce features such as workflows, process builder, validation rules, and reports to enhance user experience and process efficiency.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform.
- Ensure the integrity and security of the data and user access on the Salesforce platform.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features.
- Lead code reviews, mentoring, and training junior developers to ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and technical specifications.

**Required Qualifications**:

- At least 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a proven track record of delivering Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning App Builder.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization (e.g., workflows, triggers, reports, and dashboards).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration methods (REST, SOAP API) and data modeling.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, Salesforce DX, ANT).
- Proficiency in working with relational databases, SQL, and data management tools.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) are preferred.
- Experience in Agile development environments and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of business processes and how Salesforce can be used to improve them.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience in mentoring or leading teams is a plus.
