We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to gain valuable experience in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying expenses, and preparing payments.
- Maintaining records uptodate
- Support accounts receivable activities, such as invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and other general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Participate in financial reporting activities, including preparing financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Help maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus, but not required.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) or progress towards certification is desirable, but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
