**Roles and responsibilities ; -**
- Support the Manager(s) in day-to-day sales and escrow activities through collection and dissemination of information for individual communities, lenders, and escrow associates.
- Assist in backlog management, by calling customers and coordinating transaction to the close of escrow
- Will assist with all community support and closing procedures for sales and escrow department.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

**Salary**: Up to ₹29,626.22 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Guindy, Chennai - 600032, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
