- We're looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience. You should have expertise in Accounting Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Month end closing and reporting._
- Are you the one we're looking for?_
- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities._
- _Contributing to the monthly corporate reporting process_
- o Gathering and preparing journal entries_
- o Issuance of monthly financial statements_
- o Preparation of financial reporting for forecast and budget_
- _Client P&Ls_
- o Responsible for reviewing monthly client P&Ls and distribution_
- _Monthly analysis and review of balance sheet accounts and expense accounts_
- o Balance Sheet reconciliations_
- o Analysis of expense accounts - trends, reasons for increases, etc._
- o Analysis and preparation/reversal of monthly accruals_
- o Coding invoices to proper expense accounts to ensure costs are properly captured_
- _Payroll reconciliation_
- _Bank Reconciliations_
- _Responsible for intercompany balances_
- o Review of all intercompany invoices and posting of related transactions_
- o Reconciliation of all intercompany accounts_

- _Financial Reporting & FP&A_
- o Prepare monthly Management Packs for Finance Directors_
- o Variance Analysis with meaningful explanations_
- o Budgeting & Forecasting_
- o Actual VS Forecast walkthrough_
- o Reporting by Business Line_

- _Thorough understanding of P/L & B/S reporting process, prior experience in HFM is preferable_
- _SOX Compliance_
- o Must ensure that monthly book is complete and done in accordance with SOX requirements_
- o Maintain and update documentation of current controls/policies and procedures_**_ _**

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- o Minimum Bachelor’s Degree - B.Com, M.COM/MBA with significant experience in Finance & Accounting or CA Fresher_
- o Excellent comm. skills - Verbal & Written_
- o Good Excel and typing skills_
- o Good understanding of accounting concepts_
- o Eye for detail and quick response time_
- o Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working._
- o I-Speak - 6+_
