Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Domain Trainee/ Assistant Manager– Invoice to Cash
We are looking for professionals with Credit & Collections/Cash applications/Dispute management profile
Responsibilities

•    Should have team handling experience of at least relevant year of experience with a size of 10 to 12 team members.

•    Should possess excellent communication skills

•    Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts

•    Client Management- Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relation

•    Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute/Collections queries.

•    Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention

•    Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements

•    Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities

•    Perform daily internal audit

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)

•    Relevant work experience on Invoice to cash transactional activities

•    Strong English language skills (verbal and written)

•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 

•    Customer service orientation 

•    Ability to work effectively under pressure.  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Experience in Invoice to cash domain

•    Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders

•    Ability to handle a team size of 10 to 12 members

•    Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have
