**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and target audience insights.
- Plan and manage digital marketing budgets effectively.

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

**Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize performance.

**Paid Advertising**:

- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting budgets and targeting as needed.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvements.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and IT, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assist with social media campaigns
- Assist with search engine optimization
- Collect and report data from marketing campaigns
- Track keyword rankings
- Attend client meetings
- Design and produce sales materials
- Complete other administrative tasks as needed.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field, **Digital Marketing**, or a related field.

**Salary Range**:

- 20,000 - 30,000 Thousand

**Location**:

- Pune

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
