**Position**: Payroll executive.
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Start Date**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including data input, calculations, deductions, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees, contractors, and freelancers.
- Stay updated with relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to payroll, taxation, and benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports and analysis for management review.
- Implement and maintain payroll best practices and procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data and records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a multinational or UK-based organization.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, taxation, and benefits.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with IMS Decimal payroll system preferred but not required.
- Relevant payroll certifications (e.g., CIPP) would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
