**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to develop effective marketing collateral that drives engagement and conversion.
- Conduct research to understand target audience pain points, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform content creation and messaging.
- Optimize copy and content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and user engagement data to refine copywriting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and execution of B2B lead generation campaigns, leveraging best practices and innovative techniques to drive qualified leads.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B copywriting, digital marketing, and lead generation.

**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in agencies with a focus on B2B copywriting for direct response marketing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing B2B copywriting skills across various digital marketing channels.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation for a B2B SaaS company, either directly or through an agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing strategies.

**Should Have**:

- Strong understanding of demand generation principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration with marketing automation platforms to track and analyze lead data and campaign performance.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with content management systems (CMS) for website management.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Twitter Ads.
- Understanding of content marketing principles and experience in developing content strategies to support lead generation efforts.

**Schedule**:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
