**Job Role**:PPC Associate (Meta Ads Specialist)

**Location**: Gurgaon

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of advertising strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to optimize campaign targeting and performance.
- Help optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign structure to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools; provide regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure ad campaigns align with overall marketing goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: 3-4 years of experience in Meta Ads campaign management or similar digital marketing roles.

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and advertising best practices.
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Meta Pixel is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
