We are looking for Dean academics for Noida location.

**Qualification

**Responsibilities**:
1.**Academic Leadership**:oProvide strategic leadership for academic programs and curriculum development. oFoster a culture of academic excellence, innovation, and research. oCollaborate with faculty to ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

2.**Administrative Oversight**:oManage budgets, resources, and facilities related to the department or school. oOversee the recruitment, evaluation, and development of faculty and staff. oImplement and enforce academic policies and standards.

3.**Student Affairs**:oAddress student concerns and ensure a positive learning environment. oCollaborate with student services to enhance the overall student experience.

4.**Community Engagement**:oBuild and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, alumni, and the broader community. oPromote the department or school's reputation and contributions.

5.**Strategic Planning**:oDevelop and implement long-term strategic plans for the department or school. oAlign academic initiatives with the overall goals of the institution.

6.**Research and Innovation**:oSupport and promote faculty research initiatives and scholarly activities. oEncourage innovation and the integration of new technologies in teaching and research.

7.**Accreditation and Compliance**:oEnsure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. oWork towards continuous improvement and quality assurance.

8.**Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution**:oAddress challenges and conflicts within the department or school. oFoster a collaborative and inclusive working environment. This is a broad overview, and specific duties may vary.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per month
