Job Description: Tender Executive

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tender Management**:

- Identify relevant tenders by monitoring government portals, private sector opportunities, and other tender sources.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- **Documentation Preparation**:

- Prepare, compile, and organize all necessary documentation, including technical and financial bids.
- Ensure tender documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with specifications.
- **Coordination with Stakeholders**:

- Liaise with internal departments (finance, technical, and legal teams) for necessary inputs and approvals.
- Communicate with clients and vendors for clarifications and submissions.
- **Bid Submission**:

- Ensure timely submission of tenders, including online and offline submissions.
- Track and report tender status and follow up on submitted bids.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Analyze bid outcomes and provide feedback to improve success rates.
- **Compliance & Record Maintenance**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements during the tendering process.
- Maintain organized records of all tender documents, bids, and related correspondence.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
- 2-3 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.
- Familiarity with e-tendering platforms and government procurement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in tendering for infrastructure, energy, or engineering projects.
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with local and national compliance requirements for tenders.

**Location**
- **Base Location**: Meerut
- **Role**: Onsite/Field as required for tender coordination.
