**Red Hat Openshift (OCP) Container Administrator L2/L3**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- System administration on OpenShiftRedHat
- Installation, upgradation, configuration setup of Red Hat Openshift
- Troubleshoot issues with worker nodes, maintenance, and scale-out tasks.
- Performing Maintenance activities on cluster line performing patching, configuration changes, installing operators etc.
- LDAP sync configuration, adding and removing users and assigning roles to groupsusers.
- Create, Modify & delete of projects. Assign project specific roles to usersgroups.
- Assist in implementing best practices to configure readiness and liveness probes.
- Create, Modify and delete network policy rules based on customer requirement.
- Service accounts management, role creation and assigning roles.
- Assign, modify and remove roles (cluster and project) to users and groups.
- Create, Modify SCC based on custom requirements and assign to specific projects.
- Perform certificate management when the existing certificates are expired and when needed.
- Check cluster utilization and share reports to business when needed. Forecast capacity growth requirement and handle capacity increase.
- Perform Daily health check of cluster and fix issues based on observations.
- Implement and customize Grafana dashboards if required to effectively monitor the cluster
- Backup of critical configuration and DB when needed or before any maintenance activities.
- Planning and platform patching and upgrade with Zero downtime.
- Customize master and node configurations post deployment of OpenShift to meet requirements.
- Implement ADLDAP sync for each environment and also implement automated sync of the groups.
- Monitoring performance of the System
- Troubleshoot the issue and quick resolution
- Should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues
- Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders
- Perform RCA for Major Incidents
- Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teamsindividual to minimize the incidents
- Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis
- Effort estimation reviews on need basis for new projects.
- Training of new team members. Able to work on Knowledge acquisition and updates to related documents
- Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports
- Expertise on implementation and management of NGINIX, REDIS, Graylog, MongoDB, EFK, Consul will be added advantage

**Required (Must have) Expertise**:

- Red Hat Openshift Administration Working experience
- RHCSA RHCE Certification

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
